OBSERVATORI JODRELL BANK (Miluska Silva)
The observatory this Jodrell Bank placed in the City of Cheshire and it is a part of Mánchester's University, near Goostrey and Holmes Chapel in Cheshire in the northwest of England. It is an Observatory that was constructed in the 19th century (1955) by the Dr. Bernard Lovell, because wanted to investigate the cosmic beams, after his work in the radar during the Second World War.
There are centers for the visitor with divulgative characteristics, which cover Jodrell Bank's history and also a theatre lodges in 3D that offers trips simulated to Mars. There is in addition a way about the telescope Lovell, which there can cross in approximately 20 minutes, which has information that explains since works the telescope and the investigations in which it is involved.
The observatory Jodrell Bank is also MRLIN's base (Multi-Element Radio Linked Interferometer Netower, one structures National putting in march for the University of Manchester.
